B.O.B is Mutank's Trusty announcer and he runs "Iron Wittiness News" and Mutank's product advertiser. B.O.B was first built as a robot with no sound mechanism (to speak) but later as he says on his final broadcast that Mutank had given him the gift to speak. But later, as he realizes that many robots are rebelling against Mutank's ways, he decides to help lead the rebellion on the air.
